Review of Etihad Airways, Special

I flew few times with Etihad Airways from Asia to Europe. My review: - Price : cheaper compare to Singapore Airlines - Less comfortable compare to Singapore Airlines - Luggage lock was opened and keypad at trolley bag was broken. Luckily nothing was stolen. I wrote to Etihad at their email : baggageclaims@etihad.ae Below are their replies : Ref 416413 Date 15.01.2016 Dear Ms. xxxx, Thank you for your correspondence. We regret to learn you received your baggage in damage condition. Please may we request the following documents. Please attach 2-3 files at a time in .jpg or .pdf format, the total size should not exceed 4MB. • Passport Copy • Boarding Pass/s • E-ticket or Itinerary • Baggage Tag Receipts • Picture of the Damaged Bag • File Reference Number if reported at the Airport Your details will be forwarded to our Baggage Claims team for them to investigate your file.
